Each year Members of Congress (Senators and Representatives) have the privilege of nominating (or recommending) a select group of outstanding young men and women to attend one of our five United States Service Academies: United States Air Force Academy, United States Coast Guard Academy, United States Merchant Marine Academy, United States Military Academy, or United States Naval Academy. Links to the respective academies and their application processes are below.

Each academy requires you submit a separate application to attend. This process is independent of applying for a nomination through my office. Due to the large volume of applications, it is best to start the process with the academy of your choice as soon as possible.
If you have any additional questions about the military service academy nomination process, please don’t hesitate to contact my Omaha Office at 402-391-3411 or reach out via email: Academynom_fischer.@fischer.senate.gov.
