OMAHA, NEB. – U.S. Senator Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) released the following statement today marking the 17th anniversary of the September 11, 2001, terrorist attacks:

“Today we honor the memory of the victims, pay tribute to our brave first responders, and pray for the families who experienced grave loss. Our nation will never forget the devastating events of 9/11, but we will also always remember the courage, resolve, and patriotism displayed by the American people in response.”
