WASHINGTON, D.C. – Today U.S. Senator Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) toured the offices of North End Teleservices, a provider of multi-channel contact center services for businesses based in Omaha. North End Teleservices is the largest business in Nebraska owned by a black woman.

“Today I had another great visit to the North End Teleservices’ offices where I heard from their employees firsthand. We discussed the work they are doing to bring jobs to North Omaha and the positive impacts those jobs are having on the city. I applaud North End Teleservices’ commitment to providing opportunities for their community and local economy,” said Senator Fischer.

North End Teleservices provides business-to-business and business-to-consumer solutions, including sales, customer service, and back office support. The business, which generates over $200,000 in economic impact for each job it creates, is part of the Small Business Administration’s HUBZone program, which helps award federal contracting dollars to businesses in historically underutilized business zones.
