WASHINGTON, D.C. – U.S. Senator Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) released the following statement today after meeting with Judge Neil Gorsuch, the president’s nominee to the U.S. Supreme Court.
“In my meeting with Judge Gorsuch today, it was abundantly clear that he has the even-handed judicial temperament I would hope to see in a Supreme Court justice. He is bright, honest, impartial, and a follower of the Constitution. I will continue to work to deliver the open and respectful confirmation process Judge Gorsuch deserves.”
