Fischer Supports IVF, Not Democratic Show Votes
Today, U.S. Senator Deb Fischer (R-Neb.) issued the following statement in response to the Democrats’ in vitro fertilization (IVF) show vote:
“I unequivocally support IVF, but today’s exercise was political theater disguised as legislating. Nothing has changed since last time the Democrats’ bill failed—IVF is legal and accessible in Nebraska and every other state in this country,” said Senator Fischer. “This bill is a dishonest attempt to paint Republicans as anti-IVF ahead of the November elections,” she continued.
